These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Three Willows Psychological Services’ website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
Purpose of This Website
This website is intended to provide general information about our practice, our psychologists and other clinicians, our services, and topics related to behavioral healthcare, including psychological assessment, therapy, and other clinical services.
The information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute psychological, medical, legal, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for an individualized evaluation or treatment by a qualified professional.
No Clinician-Client Relationship
Your use of this website does not create a psychologist-client relationship.
Viewing information on this website, submitting a contact request or prescreening questionnaire, scheduling a consultation, sending an email, or communicating with us through the website does not establish a psychologist-client relationship.
A clinician-client relationship is established only after we have determined that we are able to provide appropriate services, all required informed consent and practice documents have been completed, and both you and your psychologist have agreed to begin services.
We reserve the right to decline services when appropriate, including but not limited to circumstances involving licensing restrictions, conflicts of interest, scheduling limitations, scope of practice, or other clinical, ethical, or legal considerations.
Emergencies and Crisis Services
Three Willows Psychological is not an emergency service, crisis response service, or provider of emergency or acute psychiatric care. We do not provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services through this website, email, phone, electronic communications, or other contact methods.
Please do not rely on communications with Three Willows Psychological for immediate crisis support or emergency assistance. Website forms and email are not monitored for urgent or emergency concerns.
If you or someone else is experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing emotional distress or thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency services or crisis resource.
Website Communications
Information submitted through general website forms or other website communication methods is used to respond to inquiries and coordinate services. Submission of information through the website does not guarantee that Three Willows will respond within any particular timeframe or be able to provide services.
Please do not submit sensitive clinical information, payment or financial account information, or information requiring an urgent response through general website forms or email.
Once services are established, clients should use the secure communication methods designated by the practice for clinical communications.

This website may link to, connect with, or utilize third-party services that support appointment requests, secure communications, client portal access, telehealth, payment processing, insurance billing, or other practice operations. Your use of these services may also be subject to the applicable terms of use and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
This website may also include links to third-party websites, healthcare providers, community resources, professional organizations, or educational materials for your convenience. These resources are provided for informational purposes only. Inclusion of a link or resource does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee of services, or verification of the information provided by that third party.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by your relationship with those providers and their applicable terms and policies.
