Child and Adolescent Services

Our Therapeutic Approaches

We use proven, evidence-based therapies tailored to each child’s unique values and needs. Our treatment approach is collaborative, individualized, and dynamic, often growing and developing as care progresses. We gather measurement and feedback throughout therapy to help guide treatment, monitor progress, and support meaningful change over time.

We celebrate neurodiversity, individuality, and the unique strengths each child brings into therapy

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We help children and teens recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. CBT builds practical skills to manage emotions, increase confidence, and help with navigating challenges

ACT

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Encourages acceptance, mindfulness, and values-based action. ACT helps young people build psychological flexibility to move toward a meaningful life aligned with what matters to them.

DBT

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Supports emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthy relationships. DBT is especially helpful for intense emotions, self-esteem challenges, and navigating big transitions.

Collaboration

Our approach to care is grounded in connection and teamwork. We value ongoing collaboration with families and other trusted supports—including medical providers, schools, and allied health professionals—to help each child feel understood and supported across environments. When appropriate, and with your permission, we communicate with other supports involved in your child’s care and help facilitate additional services when needed.

Affirming Care

We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, affirming environment for all children, teens, and families—across cultures, identities, abilities, and lived experiences.

We believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and valued for who they are. Our goal is to create a space where young people and families feel supported, connected, and empowered as they navigate growth, challenges, and change together.
