Crisis & Emergency:

Our practice is not a crisis service and we do not provide emergency or after-hours mental health care. If you or your child are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact one of the following crisis services for immediate support or go to the nearest hospital or emergency room:

  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text: 988; Available 24/7 for anyone experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or another mental health crisis.

  • Trevor Project, call 1-866-488-7386 or text 678678; crisis and mental health support for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults

  • Northern Rivers Mobile Crisis: (children only), 518-292-5499; a provider will support you over the phone or provide support in person at your location

  • Albany County Mobile Crisis: (adults), 518-549-6500; a provider will support you over the phone or provide support in person at your location
