We offer both telehealth and in-person visits. Telehealth is most appropriate for individuals 13+ years old, and is available for NY and VT residents.

During the first session, your therapist will work with you to complete paperwork and to orient you to the therapy process. Your therapist will then conduct a comprehensive intake evaluation which will include a clinical interview and questionnaires. Once the intake is complete, your therapist will discuss their treatment recommendations and will collaborate with you/your family on a treatment plan. This intake and planning process typically takes 1-3 sessions and may involve collateral calls with other members of your care team (e.g., educators, physicians).
-
For any type of behavior change consistency is key. However, each individual comes to therapy with their own goals. The frequency of your sessions will depend on your treatment plan and personal needs. Your therapist will discuss treatment frequency during the initial intake process.

Current clients can reference their Financial Agreement for active fee schedules and cancellation policies.
